For example, instead of displaying top 10 overdue AR balances, you can quickly switch it to show you the top five AR balances in just a few seconds. It’s easy to click on and modify the widget properties and upon saving that widget, the chart is displayed according to the properties that you have defined.

Define Your Filters Your Way

Acumatica allows you to quickly and easily define filtering settings for your widgets. For example, if you were considering overdue balances anything that is greater than 30, 60, and 90 days overdue, not only can these filtering settings be modified, but you can also use color coding within Acumatica to define certain trigger points. An example would be if you have more than four customers on credit hold, you could use the alarm color of red and any time we have less than two customers on credit hold we would like to use the normal color displayed as green. Your purchasing manager can use a purchasing trends widget on his or her dashboard and easily see whether that key performance trend is rising or falling and respond as necessary.
