Acumatica Unlimited User Licensing Gives Freedom to Grow Your Business

Acumatica Unlimited User Licensing Gives Freedom to Grow Your Business

Acumatica Unlimited User Licensing

Some ERP pricing arrangements stifle growth by charging you for extra user licenses.

Acumatica's approach encourages growth with its pricing module. That's only one of the reasons Acumatica is the best choice for your growing business.

Resource-Based Pricing

Many ERP providers charge a fee per user. The more users your business has, the more it costs you. Acumatica's pricing is resource-based. Rather than charging for each person who wants access to the ERP solution, Acumatica charges for the resources you use.

So, you can add casual users, suppliers, and customers as needed, without paying extra.

Acumatica bases its fees on the number of apps you implement and what you need to handle your organization's volume of transactions. Because all Acumatica apps can be integrated, and whenever you need them, you can increase or decrease them whenever necessary.

Unlimited Users

At first glance, other cloud environments might look a bit less expensive. But don't be fooled by the initial quote; over time, they may end up costing more when you have to continue adding users and paying extra for them.

Here's an example of how Acumatica's resource-based pricing can encourage your company's growth while increasing your profit:

Imagine you've implemented a charge-per-user ERP solution. You're in good shape until your business grows and you want to add twenty more users. Now, your costs will increase dramatically, causing you to wonder if you could get by without those additional users.

With Acumatica, you won't have that dilemma. As long as your resource level remains the same, you can add those users with no extra charge. The beauty of Acumatica's pricing is that your organization can grow and expand without being penalized for it.

Short Term License Upgrades

If your business is seasonal, Acumatica can offer short-term license upgrades to cover your busy season. To figure the upgrade cost, calculate the difference between the one-year contract plans. Pro-rate the upgraded one-year contract price by the number of months you'll need to add users (between 3-11 months). Now add 20% for the adjustment.

Here's how it looked for one company that does seasonal business: They have a $1,000 annual plan. For just four months, they want to upgrade to the $4,000 plan. The difference of $3,000 pro-rated for four months (1/3 year) comes to $1,000. Add a 20% premium, and they'll pay an additional $1,200/year for a total of $2,200. That saves them $1,800 on functionality they won't be using the rest of the year.

Other ERP solutions can't offer the freedom to grow that Acumatica does. With resource-based pricing and no additional fees, you can grow and expand, or reduce if necessary, with confidence. You simply pay for what you use, not for the number of users.

Isn't that the way it should be?
