Hiring new employees is a great sign for business both large and small. It means you’re growing, you can afford to hire additional employees, and the future is a bright one for your organization. While this is indeed an exciting part of business, getting them up to speed on various processes, systems, policies, and procedures can be hectic and time consuming. This is especially true when it comes to ERP training.
