Kelly Bouwens

Hired initially by XMark Corporation, my application development career started with writing Document Management applications for Rockwell's Space Shuttle project in Seal Beach California. Since then I've continued to provide design and software development services for a variety of companies including Intel, Motorola, Duke Energy and others. For the last 20 years, my focus has been on writing foundation software for workflow systems. Financial systems integration has been a big part of that effort. In my current role as Director of Product Development for ICM's "AP Center" product suite, I lead a team of gifted software developers in our continuous effort to improve the product line and to implement "Best In Class"/"Best Practice" technologies and methodologies. Finding simple/flexible solutions for complex problems is what drives me. In my free time, I enjoy travelling the backroads of Arizona in search of new camping and backpacking adventures. I also enjoy playing an occasional round of golf at one of the many local courses (which is usually an adventure as well :-) ).
