Russell Harper

Russell Harper is a co-founder of NexTec Group and serves as Vice President. Russell directs the ongoing evaluation and review of technologies included in the NexTec solutions portfolio. He works proactively with clients to determine project direction, mentors the development and technical personnel and manages the building and implementation of internal systems. Prior to working with NexTec Group, Russell was a consultant for several companies, including Harper and Pearson and Andersen Consulting. He has a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Texas. His interests include writing more reliable code and improving the software development process. In his spare time, Russell enjoys motorcycling, bicycling, reading, cooking, photography and playing his guitar.
