Question:  How do I process Inventory Cycle Counts in Sage 100 ERP?

Answer:  In Item Maintenance, assign a 1 character code to the “Inventory Cycle” field.

In the Inventory Management – Physical Count menu choose Physical Count Worksheet

  • Choose all options as applicable
  • In the Inventory Cycle Selection choose the proper Operand and then enter your Value(s)
  • Only the items that have that Cycle Code(s) assigned to them will process according to your other selections
