QuickBooks SugarCRM integration: QuickBooks information in the Cloud!

The Quickbooks SugarCRM  integration application has really been helping SMBs marry the ease of use of QuickBooks for accounting and ERP functionality with the flexibility and power of SugarCRM.   The QuickBooks SugarCRM integration application uses the QuickBooks Web Connector, and once installed and configured, runs on a scheduler every 10 minutes (although this is configurable to be longer or shorter).   Initial features released in the product include synchronizations between SugarCRM and QuickBooks for customers, detailed sales history, inventory items, quotes, and sales orders.    We recently also added sales by inventory item by customer which allows salespeople to pull up an account in SugarCRM to see the entire sales history by inventory item for any customer.   This has been incredibly powerful in giving salespeople valuable QuickBooks sales information at their fingertips.   If you’re using SugarCRM on an iPad or smartphone, you can see QuickBooks data without ever going anywhere near QuickBooks.   We’re in the process of adding even more functionality to the integration, including the use of multiple ship to addresses, inventory quantities on hand by location (for QuickBooks Enterprise users), and more.   All synchronized QuickBooks data is available in SugarCRM for dashboards and reporting.  For example, you can create a report in minutes that generates queries like All Customers Who Bought a Particular Inventory Item or a list of all inventory items bought by a particular customer.   You can have a dashboard listing “Top Customers by Year to Date Sales”.    Register for the upcoming Quickbooks SugarCRM Integration Webinar here: http://www.fayebsg.com/quickbooks-sugarcrm/.
