Question: Mike, we own Sage 100 ERP (formerly Sage MAS90),
We recently upgraded to version 4.5 and come to find out that the Custom Financial Reporting task in General Ledger was gone. How do we get this task back.
Answer: Custom Financial Reporting has been around since before version 3.71.
There are two ways to do this:
First Method: There is a utility *unhidegl. You should click File, Run, *unhidegl then OK and the task should return.
Second Method: A second utility is available SY_MENU_UI. You should click File, Run, SY_MENU_UI then OK.
This will bring up the Menu Maintenance screen and make sure you click the General Ledger box, Accept and then Custom Financial Reports should return.
