QuickBooks CRM: Top 7 Reasons to Implement an Integrated QB CRM

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for QuickBooks users save time, money and relationships

There are many reasons to use a QuickBooks CRM solution.  Today we are going to highlight the top 7 reasons.  QuickBooks CRM systems give employees the tools needed to accomplish more as a team.

  1. Speed up customer response times
    • Integrating your QuickBooks accounting system with a CRM system allows every employee to see the data needed to address customer needs fast.  Employees are more productive because they don't waste time researching information, the information needed to address the customer request is usually right there at their fingertips within the CRM customer screen.
  2. Address customer needs accurately
    • Having the right information to address customer inquiries at the right time can make or break customers relationships.  CRM systems can empower employees with information like, inventory quantity-on-hand, shipment tracking information, problem resolution etc. to address needs quickly.
  3. Track customer service history
    • Back office and front office personnel have a common view of the customer interaction so all employees interacting with customers will be on the same page in offering a consistent customer message.
  4. Get Orders Entered More Timely into QuickBooks
    • Enter sales orders in the CRM and sync them into QuickBooks in real-time, orders can be entered on laptops, ipads, and other mobile devices by salespeople on the road.  No longer do you have to wait for remote access to QuickBooks or emailing orders into the office.   Orders can be entered right away through in the CRM system, and they will then automatically appear in QuickBooks.
  5. Eliminate Redundant Data Entry and Human Error
    • By entering sales orders in the CRM system and having them automatically transfer into QuickBooks eliminates duplication of data entry and increases the accuracy of orders in QuickBooks.    Inventory changes and Customer name and address changes in one system can be instantly updated in the other as well.
  6. Eliminate Need for Expanding Quickbooks User Licenses by Seeing ERP Data in the CRM system
    • Sales reps can see on hand inventory quantities, open sales orders, invoice history, customer credit information, and everything they used to have to either lookup directly in QuickBooks or call someone to lookup for them.   Companies can now potentially downgrade QuickBooks user licenses, because these “inquiry users” no longer will need access to QuickBooks.
  7. Ability to View QuickBooks ERP Data in the Cloud and on mobile devices through SugarCRM
    • Sales reps can view QuickBooks ERP data on the road, on their ipads, and on other mobile devices without being connected to the office.   While Intuit is still getting their act together with their QuickBooks Online product, SugarCRM is one of the only ways to be able to see QuickBooks inventory, invoice history, and sales history data in the cloud.
