Eric will demonstrate how to use Acumatica to:

  1. Capture Leads both electronically and manually.
  2. Track all activities with those leads as they move towards becoming prospects and then customers.
  3. Establish opportunities with this customers and generate quotes attached to these opportunities.
  4. Manage the quotes through the distribution channel – orders, shipments, fulfillment and invoicing.
  5. Complete the process by applying cash to the newly created invoice.
