DSG realized a long time ago that everything we do and everything we learn about NetSuite has value. Therefore we invest in ways to capture this knowledge and make it an asset to our organization and to our customers. This software library of our ERP consultant's experiences and information about NetSuite is collected to be used and shared internally and applied to current or future cases where our library of learnings will come in handy. This is an example of software re-use and how we use it to better serve our NetSuite customers.
This manifests in several ways, for example, in the proven and robust NetSuite implementation methodology that we call DSG Realize. This re-use approach is also evident in our DSG Powered Value-Maximizers. These are both add-on modules that extend the core functionality of NetSuite to automate time-consuming, error-prone processes such as maintenance renewals and technical modules that we use to accelerate the implementation process.
In the case of the DSG Powered CRM Collaborator, these modules may be a complete solution to a significant operational problem such as Salesforce to NetSuite integration. In others, they may provide building blocks by which we solve functional problems such as cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within installed customer bases, or using Google Locator to optimize time spent on planning sales calls and deliveries. In either case, the knowledge and experience that they embody will save you time and cost in finding the best-possible solution for your business.
We hope that you have found this series of NetSuite implementation best practices useful. For more information on our best practices and how they can improve your NetSuite implementation, contact DSG at 866.486.4064.
